Nikita was passionate and really helpful when I reached out to her as I had fitness and Health goals I wanted to achieve to better myself. She always pushed me to work hard and be my best in each and every workout she took the time to prepare, as well as making them super fun and different each time. Not only did she help me achieve my fitness goals, she also made me feel confident in myself. I am now still going to the gym and eating healthy thanks to Nikita for helping me start my healthy lifestyle.

From the very beginning, I found Nikita to be a kind caring person with a bright, energetic, loud personality. Her confidence and passion for fitness helped me know I had made the right decision to make my health and fitness a priority. It didn't take long till she made me feel right at home doing my workouts with her and that she wasn't a stranger to me anymore. It was easy to talk about my fitness goals and her guiding me down the right path to achieving them. Already one goal Nikita has helped me achieve was doing a simple push up on my toes and not my knees, I discussed with her I'd love to do proper push ups & Nikita took that straight on board by incorporating more push ups in my workouts. It wasn't long after practising many push ups, the struggles and the amazing encouragement from Nikita that I can proudly say I can do push ups easily now !! I am finding after walking away from every session I have with Nikita I am now starting to feel stronger, fitter and happier within myself and excited to continue my fitness journey with her, which I knew without Nikitas help, guidance and ability to help me stay motivated wouldn't of been possible. I would highly recommend Nikita to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey and I am proud that I can now call Nikita a good friend that always encourages me or is just always there for me if I need to talk or support me.
